Terms of use

The service

Sleek Data helps higher-education students and researchers plan an analysis and produce datasets, statistical tables, scripts and, for the Full package, an APA analysis report. It either generates simulated data from the assumptions you confirm or analyses data you collected and upload.

Simulated data and academic integrity

• Simulated datasets are generated from assumed effect sizes. They are not responses from real participants, and every file says so.
• You must disclose the simulated origin wherever you use simulated outputs, and you must not present them as collected observations.
• You are responsible for following your institution’s rules on the use of generated data, software and AI assistance.
• Outputs are computed from your inputs and assumptions. We do not guarantee any particular result, significance level, grade or approval.

Your account

• Give accurate details, keep your password private and tell us on WhatsApp if you think someone else has used your account.
• Each verified account receives two free Data runs.
• We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, for example by abusing free runs, submitting false payment codes or attacking the service.

Packages and payment

• Prices are shown before you run an analysis: Data KSh 2,500, Data + syntax KSh 3,500 and Full package KSh 5,000, unless the page shows otherwise when you run.
• You pay by M-PESA to 0724543489 and enter the confirmation code. We check each code and unlock the package once the payment is confirmed. If we cannot confirm a code we tell you by email, and you can submit a corrected code.
• For any payment problem, contact us on WhatsApp with your M-PESA code.

Downloads and your files

• Unlocked packages can be downloaded for seven days. Keep your own copies.
• Only upload material you have the right to use. Do not upload other people’s personal data unless you are allowed to and it is needed for your study.
• You keep ownership of what you upload. You may use the outputs generated for you in your own work, subject to the disclosure rules above.
• How we handle your data is described in the Privacy policy.

Acceptable use

Do not try to break, overload or bypass the service’s security, access other people’s cases, or use automated tools to create accounts or runs.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available, but it may be interrupted for maintenance or by our providers. AI features depend on third-party providers and may be unavailable at times. We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.
